9:15am — Safety Briefing

A clear, structured safety briefing covering:

  • Site layout and riding zones

  • Helmet, boots and protective kit checks
  • Bike setup and ergonomics
  • Adjustments for comfort and control

We make sure everything fits correctly and you’re fully prepared before heading out.

Before we hit the trails, we cover the essentials:

  • Bike controls and balance points

  • Gradual progression into more challenging terrain

The pace is set entirely around you.
