Terms and Conditions of Booking

⭐ ETC – Advanced Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

All training sessions, coaching days and green lane events must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your booking free of charge provided you give us more than 72 hours’ notice before the start of your session.

To request a date change, please contact us by email.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Enduro Training Centres operates a no‑refund policy on all bookings.

If you cancel your booking with less than 72 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your session, your booking will be non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

This applies to all event types, including:

1‑2‑1 training
Group coaching
Green lane events
Special events and experience days

4. Late Arrivals & No‑Shows

If you arrive late or do not attend your session, the booking will be treated as a no‑show and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Weather Conditions

Training and events will continue in most weather conditions. If ETC determines that conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone and reschedule the event. In this case, you will be offered a new date at no additional cost.

6. Rider Requirements

All riders must:

Wear appropriate protective equipment
Follow the instructions of ETC coaches at all times
Ensure their motorcycle (if using their own) is safe and suitable for off‑road use

ETC reserves the right to remove any rider from an event if their behaviour or equipment is deemed unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

7. Liability

Off‑road riding carries inherent risks. By booking with ETC, you acknowledge and accept these risks. ETC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to equipment unless caused by our negligence.

8. Changes to Events

ETC reserves the right to amend event details, locations or schedules where necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you as early as possible
